The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room is nicely equipped with a spa tub, all in a convenient and ideal location near everything.

Thank you for an excellent stay. It's the first place where the staff were more than helpful. The location is convenient, 2 miles from Main Street. It's also adjacent to Fredericksburg and downtown and the wineries.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a beautiful area, near to downtown and town square and stores. The staff were more than helpful with our every need.

Our room had just been redone and was super clean. It had AC, a nice spa tub, and a big fridge 🛁 The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area around here.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered in the morning was satisfying.

We used the pool. Some care is needed to the area. 6 out of 10 lounge chairs were broken along with 2 broken side tables. The patio furniture was cheap quality. An ash tray was over flowing with cigarette butts. Looks like it had been sitting there for days. The pool it self was cloudy looking.

The quiet time around the pool while one of the other travelers (the word "travellers" is misspelled above!) played his guitar. He was a young man from Louisiana. It was very enjoyable. The food at Friedhelm's was wonderful. The desk clerk suggested it.

Everything was good except the breakfast area was way too small. We had to wait to get a table. Also the street noise could be heard way too much.

Staff are always pleasant. Favorable location really close to main Fredericksburg. Room is spotless and newly decorated, with a spa tub, a/c, and a large refrigerator. Good hot and great breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Excellent service provided. Well-maintained pool area too.

Room was clean, comfortable, fairly well appointed, and fairly quiet. Parking was good. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast room was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Plumbing noise was quite loud from other rooms. It was difficult to get the room keys to work (we had to try many times). The room could use more seating. There was plenty of room for another chair, or even a love seat.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fischer & Wieser's Das Peach Haus Culinary School. The check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms have been recently renovated and feature a balcony, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. The staff and management are extremely friendly.

The Hot tub was not filled or functioning even though it was 80 degrees that weekend. The in room coffee was horrible.
